Responsibilities

• Advise clients on real estate acquisitions, sales, and financing
• Prepare and review contracts, leases, and other legal documents
• Represent clients in court and mediations
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Stay updated with the latest legal developments in real estate

Requirements

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice law in at least one state
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant legal experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate law
• Knowledge of local and federal laws related to real estate
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines

Skills

• Strong negotiation skills
