Responsibilities

  • Advises buyers, secures signed agreements, and helps them find suitable homes
  • Negotiates offers for both sellers and buyers
  • Maintains tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
  • Turns prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
  • Participates in team activities according to team standards
  • Attends weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training sessions, and Partner Calls
  • Advises sellers, secures listings, and markets their homes

Qualifications

  • Driven and motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit
  • Excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others, and identifying solutions
  • Strong in prospecting and lead generation
  • A strong communicator and committed to service
  • Licensed real estate professional
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Growth-minded and learning-based
  • Organized and willing to learn scripts and dialogues
  • Excellent time management skills
