Responsibilities
- Continue producing at a high level while leveraging systems, people, and technology
- Operate with a showing assistant and operational support, freeing you to focus on listings, clients, and leadership
- Participate in building and scaling the broader organization
- Collaborate with other top leaders locally and nationally
- Create multiple income streams beyond commissions
Qualifications
- Consistently closing minimum of 25+ transactions per year for several years
- Generating a minimum of $250,000+ in Gross Commission Income (GCI)
- Proven track record of professionalism, production, and follow-through
- Strong growth mindset with a desire to continuously improve

Compensation
$350,000 - $450,000 USD yearly
