About the role

The Human Resource Business Partner will provide strategic support to the organization’s business units, focusing on talent acquisition, development, and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with department heads to understand their workforce needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
  • Conduct job analyses and assist in the development of job descriptions.
  • Manage recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Facilitate performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to employees.
  • Oversee employee benefits administration and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Strong understanding of employment law and labor relations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Knowledge of compensation and benefits management.

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $75,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
