About the role
The Human Resource Business Partner will provide strategic support to the organization’s business units, focusing on talent acquisition, development, and retention.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with department heads to understand their workforce needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
- Conduct job analyses and assist in the development of job descriptions.
- Manage recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Facilitate performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to employees.
- Oversee employee benefits administration and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Strong understanding of employment law and labor relations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Knowledge of compensation and benefits management.

Pay
Salary range: $50,000 - $75,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
