Real Estate Paralegal & Client Experience Coordinator

About the role

Danilson Law, PLC is a six-person real estate law firm located within Iowa. The firm prides itself on providing a clear, secure, and personalized approach to real estate closings, which are significant financial moments in a person's life.

Responsibilities

• Conduct mid-transaction check-in calls and video touchpoints for premium-tier clients.
• Create and coordinate client-experience moments such as welcome calls, closing-week coordination, and post-closing follow-ups.
• Produce title work from attorney-reviewed files, including title commitments in Iowa, using CAP platform, and title opinions and document preparation in custom document-generation software.
• Quality-check machine-prepared documents for accuracy before they are finalized.
• Support the team during busy periods by assisting with document preparation and coverage.

Requirements

• Real estate legal experience, preferably from a law firm or closing background.
• Iowa Title Guaranty experience is a plus.
• A genuine ability to connect with clients through phone and video calls.
• The ability to notice details, such as transposed digits in legal descriptions, and to remember personal details about clients.
• To live and work in Iowa.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Experience with legal software and document generation tools.
