Legal Client Experience Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships, and ensuring smooth communication from initial contact to case closure.
  • Conducting lead intake, screening, and scheduling consultations.
  • Managing the firm’s calendar, updating client and matter information, and tracking deadlines.
  • Responding promptly to all communications via phone, email, or letter.
  • Welcomeing visitors and maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Participating in team meetings and refining internal systems.

Qualifications

  • Experience in small professional services firms; not entry-level.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Mac, Microsoft Office, Gmail, Adobe, and CRM systems.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience handling sensitive information and familiarity with estate law concepts is a plus.
