Responsibilities
- Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships, and ensuring smooth communication from initial contact to case closure.
- Conducting lead intake, screening, and scheduling consultations.
- Managing the firm’s calendar, updating client and matter information, and tracking deadlines.
- Responding promptly to all communications via phone, email, or letter.
- Welcomeing visitors and maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Participating in team meetings and refining internal systems.
Qualifications
- Experience in small professional services firms; not entry-level.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Mac, Microsoft Office, Gmail, Adobe, and CRM systems.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience handling sensitive information and familiarity with estate law concepts is a plus.
