About the role
This role is available full-time Monday through Thursday from 9 AM to 6 PM on-site. No remote work is permitted.
Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with clients in person, by phone, and in writing, maintaining a positive and empathetic demeanor.
- Manage a variety of tasks and projects, prioritizing them according to deadlines and adjusting to changing priorities.
- Identify and address potential issues proactively, contributing to the firm's continuous improvement efforts.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality client service.
Requirements
- Experience in a small firm setting, though not entry-level.
- Proficiency with Mac computers, not PC.
