Real Estate Inside Sales Agent (ISA) — Base + Uncapped Commission

Responsibilities

• Making high-volume outbound calls to buyer and seller leads
• Immediately responding to inbound inquiries
• Nurturing leads using our follow-up system
• Building trust by uncovering client motivation and objections
• Collaborating with top agents to convert leads
• Tracking numbers and competing to be at the top of the board

Qualifications

• A Real Estate license (we provide real estate school if needed)
• Experience in real estate inside sales or a related field
• Knowledge of the real estate market and terminology
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office
• Motivated, results-oriented, and organized
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Detail-focused with problem-solving skills
