Qualifications & Skills

  • Licensure: Must possess and maintain an active Illinois Real Estate Broker License
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a "confident" phone presence and the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in G Suite is required. Familiarity with Cloze, Dialpad, Zenlist, and BombBomb is a significant plus
  • Agility: Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining discretion with sensitive client information
  • Mindset: You are coachable, highly motivated, and thrive in a performance-based environment
  • Flexibility: Availability to work a schedule that includes some evenings and weekends

Compensations & Benefits
