Qualifications & Skills
- Licensure: Must possess and maintain an active Illinois Real Estate Broker License
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a "confident" phone presence and the ability to build rapport quickly
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in G Suite is required. Familiarity with Cloze, Dialpad, Zenlist, and BombBomb is a significant plus
- Agility: Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining discretion with sensitive client information
- Mindset: You are coachable, highly motivated, and thrive in a performance-based environment
- Flexibility: Availability to work a schedule that includes some evenings and weekends
Compensations & Benefits
