Responsibilities
- Makes high-volume outbound & inbound calls, texts, and emails to warm and hot internet leads through our CRM (Follow Up Boss)
- Qualifies potential buyers and sellers through discovery conversations and needs analysis
- Sets appointments for consultations, showings, and follow-up calls with real estate agents
- Nurtures older leads using proven scripts, workflows, and personalized follow-ups
- Transfers leads live to available agents when appropriate, ensuring seamless handoff and accurate CRM documentation
- Handles objections with confidence while building rapport and providing real value
- Collaborates closely with agents to manage availability and optimize lead scheduling
- Tracks, reports, and improves on daily activity and lead conversion metrics
- Consistently meets or exceeds daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
Qualifications
- Experience in high-volume outbound and inbound calls, texts, and emails using a CRM system
- Ability to qualify potential buyers and sellers through effective discovery conversations and needs analysis
- Proven track record of setting appointments for consultations, showings, and follow-up calls
- Skill in nurturing older leads with personalized follow-ups and proven scripts
- Capability to transfer leads live to agents, ensuring seamless handoff and accurate CRM documentation
- Confidence in handling objections while building rapport and providing real value
- Experience collaborating closely with agents to manage availability and optimize lead scheduling effectively
- Experienced Real Estate Agent or Realtor
- Loves talking to people and solving problems
