Responsibilities
- First point of contact for prospects, building relationships, and qualifying leads
- Handing off ready-to-go appointments to our agents
- Working a system to meet and exceed targets
- Making real money through high call volumes
Requirements
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Passionate about real estate sales
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Strong communication skills
Qualifications
- No real estate license required to start
- Will assist with obtaining a license once you are producing
