Qualifications & Skills
- Licensure: Active Illinois Real Estate Broker License
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, confident phone presence, and rapport building
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in G Suite, Cloze, Dialpad, Zenlist, and BombBomb
- Agility: Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Mindset: Coachable, highly motivated, and performance-driven
- Flexibility: Availability to work evenings and weekends
Compensation & Benefits
- $45,000 Salary plus performance-based incentives and bonuses
