About the role
As our Inside Sales Representative, you're the very first impression a homeowner gets when they contact us. That first conversation sets the tone for everything that follows, making this one of the most important seats on our team. You'll earn trust quickly, dig into what's really going on with their property and their situation, and lock in the appointment that hands things off to our acquisitions team.
Beyond the initial call, you'll manage ongoing follow-up on your pipeline of leads—staying sharp, staying consistent, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for homeowners reaching out to Smooth Closing.
- Build trust quickly and understand the homeowner’s property and personal situation.
- Secure appointments to transition leads to the acquisitions team.
- Manage and follow up on a pipeline of leads to ensure no opportunities are missed.
