Real Estate Broker Recruiter

About the Role

Prospect Equities is seeking a tenacious and motivated Recruiter to expand our roster of agents. You must have Chicagoland real estate brokerage experience to effectively promote our unique offerings, including patent-pending in-house lead generation software, machine-learning tools for exclusive territories, predictive analysis for active listings, and forecasting models for future real estate values. As an INC 500 company, we prioritize the success and happiness of our agents and employees.

The Recruiter will contribute to hiring new agents using proven recruiting methods and align with the company’s recruiting strategy. The ideal candidate has a real estate background, is currently licensed as a broker, maintains a professional appearance and conduct, and possesses strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage advertising and job board platforms to ensure a consistent applicant pipeline
• Oversee the full recruiting lifecycle, including resume review, phone screening, and new employee onboarding
• Utilize the applicant tracking system to maintain accurate recruitment and applicant files and proper disposition of candidates
• Conduct initial phone screens with candidates to assess skill and cultural fit and present qualified candidates to management
• Contact warm leads daily provided by our marketing department
• Positively promote the Prospect Equities brand at all times

Requirements

• Chicagoland real estate brokerage experience
• Currently licensed as a broker
• Professional appearance and conduct
• Proficient written and oral communication skills
