Real Estate Attorney - Transactions
About the role
The ideal candidate will have 6+ years’ experience representing public and private companies on sophisticated real estate transactions, including property acquisitions and dispositions, retail and industrial leasing, land use, zoning and real estate development matters. This position will require the candidate to have familiarity with property due diligence, title and survey review, experience working with title companies, and some experience interpreting local codes and ordinances. Experience representing both borrowers and large financial institutions in complex real estate finance transactions, a plus.
Responsibilities
- Represent public and private companies on sophisticated real estate transactions, including property acquisitions and dispositions, retail and industrial leasing, land use, zoning and real estate development matters.
- Familiarity with property due diligence, title and survey review, experience working with title companies, and some experience interpreting local codes and ordinances.
- Experience representing both borrowers and large financial institutions in complex real estate finance transactions, a plus.
- First-chair real estate transactions and work directly with clients.

Pay
The anticipated pay range for this role is $175,000-$200,000. The actual salary for this position will be determined based on several job-related factors, including background, experience, and education, consistent with applicable law.
