Real Estate Attorney – Transactions/Finance
About the role
Bricker Graydon Wyatt is seeking experienced attorneys to join their growing Real Estate teams in Cincinnati, Ohio and Louisville, Kentucky. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years’ experience representing public and private companies on sophisticated real estate transactions, including property acquisitions and dispositions, retail and industrial leasing, land use, zoning, and real estate development matters.
- Property due diligence
- Title and survey review
- Working with title companies
- Interpreting local codes and ordinances
A history of representing both borrowers and large financial institutions in complex real estate finance transactions is a plus.
Requirements
- 4+ years’ experience in real estate law
- Excellent academic credentials
- High ethical standards
- Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to work with multiple attorneys on a variety of assignments
