Real Estate Attorney – Transactions/Finance
Bricker Graydon Wyatt is seeking experienced attorneys to join their growing Real Estate teams in Cincinnati, Ohio and Louisville, Kentucky.
About the role
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years’ experience representing public and private companies on sophisticated real estate transactions, including property acquisitions and dispositions, retail and industrial leasing, land use, zoning, and real estate development matters. This position requires experience with property due diligence, title and survey review, working with title companies, and interpreting local codes and ordinances. A history of representing both borrowers and large financial institutions in complex real estate finance transactions is a plus.
Requirements
- 4+ years’ experience in real estate transactions
- Experience with property due diligence, title and survey review
- Knowledge of local codes and ordinances
- Strong academic credentials and high ethical standards
- Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to work with multiple attorneys on a variety of assignments
