Real Estate Attorney – Transactions/Finance
About the Role
Bricker Graydon Wyatt is seeking experienced attorneys to join their growing Real Estate teams in Cincinnati, Ohio and Louisville, Kentucky. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years’ experience representing public and private companies on sophisticated real estate transactions, including:
- Property acquisitions and dispositions
- Retail and industrial leasing
- Land use, zoning, and real estate development matters
- Property due diligence, title and survey review
- Working with title companies and interpreting local codes and ordinances
A history of representing both borrowers and large financial institutions in complex real estate finance transactions is a plus.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in real estate law
- Excellent academic credentials
- High ethical standards
- Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Strong project management skills and experience working with multiple attorneys on a variety of assignments
