Responsibilities
- Complete PLACE Launch to get fully up to speed on our systems and standards
- Execute PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly, consistent basis
- Convert and nurture Zillow Preferred leads with urgency, professionalism, and follow-through
- Consult with buyers; convert with signed buyer agreements
- Consult with sellers; convert to listings and market homes with a high-touch, strategic approach
- Negotiate offers on behalf of clients with skill and confidence
- Demonstrate expertise in pricing strategy, staging, and full-service listing support
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities into scheduled appointments
- Conduct two open houses per month, consistently
- Track all tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
- Participate in weekly script practice, team activities, and the Partner Call
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching and ongoing training
Qualifications
- You're a self-driven sales professional with a competitive edge and a genuine passion for helping people
- You've built real skills over your career, generating leads, building trust quickly, navigating objections
- You thrive in a structured, high-performance environment
- You're as excited about developing your craft as you are about closing deals
- You have experience working online leads, and an understanding of what it takes to convert them is a strong plus

- You have an active real estate license
- You have 3+ years of real estate sales experience
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills
- You have experience with online lead conversion (Zillow or similar) a plus
- You're willing to learn and consistently apply scripts and dialogues
- You have excellent time management and organizational habits
- You are growth-minded; you take feedback and act on it
- You are a genuine team player who elevates the people around them
