Ready Mix Driver
About the role
Knife River is seeking experienced Ready-Mix Drivers to join our team. We are willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Drive ready-mix trucks
- Ensure vehicles are in good working condition
- Follow all DOT federal regulations
- Keep detailed records of vehicle inspections and maintenance
- Read and interpret maps to navigate effectively
- Work in a drug-free environment with regular drug testing
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience driving ready mix trucks preferred
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with proper endorsements
- Meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) federal regulations
- Clean driving record
- Working knowledge and experience in detecting vehicle malfunctions, damage, or maintenance needs
- Extensive knowledge of the local area

- Willingness to train the right candidate
- Current CDL required
