About the role
Knife River is seeking experienced Ready-Mix Drivers to join our team. We are willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Drive ready-mix trucks
- Ensure vehicles are in good working condition
- Follow DOT federal regulations
- Keep detailed records
- Read and understand maps
- Be familiar with the local area
Requirements
- 1 year experience driving ready mix trucks preferred
- Valid CDL with proper endorsements
- Meet all DOT federal regulations
- Clean driving record
Qualifications
- Working knowledge and experience in examining vehicle to detect malfunctions, damage, or maintenance needed
- Maintain records
- Willing to train the right applicant, CDL is still required
Skills
- Knowledge of local area
- Ability to read and understand maps
