Ready Mix Driver
About the role
Knife River is seeking experienced Ready-Mix Drivers to join our team in the Valley County area. We offer full-time positions and are willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Drive ready-mix trucks
- Ensure vehicles are in good condition and maintain records
- Examine vehicles for malfunctions, damage, or maintenance needs
- Read maps and have extensive knowledge of the local area
- Maintain a drug-free workplace with pre-employment and random drug testing
Requirements
- 1 year experience driving ready mix trucks preferred
- Valid CDL with proper endorsements
- Meet all DOT federal regulations
- Clean driving record
Qualifications
- Working knowledge and experience in examining vehicles to detect malfunctions, damage, or maintenance needed
- Read maps and have extensive knowledge of the local area
- Willing to train the right applicant, CDL is still required
