Position Summary
Sanctuary Recovery Centers is seeking a dedicated, organized, and mission-driven Re-Entry Program Coordinator to oversee daily operations at our Vogel supportive housing property and other supportive housing locations as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary onsite coordinator for assigned supportive housing locations.
- Ensure safe, organized, and effective day-to-day program operations.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
- Complete incident reports, resident notes, housing records, and compliance documentation.
- Track resident outcomes, occupancy data, housing metrics, and program performance indicators.
- Maintain housing grant data and reporting requirements.
- Avoid repetitive tasks by focusing on key responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Required: Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Health, Social Work, Criminal Justice, Human Services, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of two years of experience working in behavioral health, supportive housing, recovery services, re-entry programs, or case management.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience documenting in electronic health record (EHR/EMR) systems.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with justice-involved populations.
- Knowledge of community resources, housing programs, behavioral health systems, and recovery support services.
- Experience with AHCCCS, ADHS, housing grants, or program compliance reporting.
- Bilingual English/Spanish.
