RCS Manager- System Patient Access

About the role

The RCS Manager-System Patient Access role is a fully onsite position at Frankfort Hospital, with additional support at two nearby clinics. The role requires availability to work evenings and weekends, supporting a 24/7 function. Leadership experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leading Revenue Cycle operations for assigned teams
• Administering departmental decision-making and strategic planning
• Ensuring efficient and productive use of personnel and financial resources
• Supporting high-quality, standardized work processes that meet national benchmarks
• Providing strong subject matter expertise and leadership in a diverse and complex environment

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree preferred
• At least three years of experience with hospital or physician billing
• Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare billing terminology and processes
• Strong knowledge of business and reimbursement management
• Effective interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
• Passionate commitment to continuous performance improvement
