RCS Manager- Patient Access- ED
About the role
This position is responsible for leading Revenue Cycle operations for all assigned Revenue Cycle Services teams. Provides departmental administrative decision making, leadership, and strategic planning, including the efficient and productive use of personnel and other financial resources. Ensures high quality standardized work processes that result in consistent outcomes that compare favorably with relevant national benchmarks.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Strong knowledge of business and reimbursement management
- Undergraduate degree preferred
- At least three years of experience with hospital or physician billing
- Demonstrable knowledge of healthcare billing terminology concepts and processes
- The ability to plan and manage the utilization of resources
- High level of interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in both individual and group settings
- The ability to organize and manage work to achieve performance expectations
- The ability to promote teamwork and develop team members
- The ability to manage within the confines of a budget
- A passionate commitment to continuous performance improvement

Pay
The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Final compensation will be determined based on the successful candidate's qualifications and experience.
Schedule
This is a full-time, onsite role Monday-Friday day shift. Availability to round to evenings and weekends is required.
