Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with all RCFE regulations and licensing requirements.
- Oversee resident admissions, assessments, and care planning.
- Conduct regular audits of resident records and facility documentation.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance oversight.
- Cookordination with healthcare providers, hospice agencies, home health agencies, and other community partners.
- Address resident and family concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain emergency preparedness plans and safety protocols.
- Monitor facility operations, quality assurance, and risk management activities.
- Participate in licensing visits and regulatory inspections.
- Support occupancy growth through community outreach and relationship building.
Qualifications
- Current California RCFE Administrator Certificate in good standing.
- Minimum 2 years of RCFE administration or leadership experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Title 22 regulations and Community Care Licensing requirements.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience with resident assessments, care planning, and documentation.
- Able to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic record systems.
