About the role
As the RCFE Administrator, you will be responsible for the overall operation of the facility in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards and regulations, and in accordance with policies and procedures to assure that the highest degree of quality care can be provided to our residents at all times. You will also be responsible for creating an environment that engages and motivates staff to give their best each day while providing the highest level of care.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the overall operation of the facility in compliance with federal, state, and local standards and regulations.
- Ensure the highest degree of quality care is provided to residents at all times.
- Create an engaging and motivating environment for staff.
Requirements
- 2-4 years’ previous experience in a long-term care environment as Administrator or Assistant Administrator.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college.
- Current unencumbered Federal and State Nursing Home Administrator’s license.
- Knowledgeable of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care.
Qualifications
- Experience in a union environment (nice to have).
- Documented successful track record indicating a working knowledge of State and Federal regulations relating to nursing homes based on past Department of Health Services survey results (nice to have).
- Specialization in healthcare administration or business administration (nice to have).

Pay
Salary Range: $90,000 - $95,000 per year.
