RBT Applied Behavior Analysis Therapist Bilingual

Responsibilities

• Provide structured, one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to children with autism in their natural environment, under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Implement individualized treatment plans, using evidence-based techniques and strategies to promote skill acquisition and generalization
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including BCBA’s, parents, and caregivers to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
• Conduct behavioral assessments and data collection to monitor progress and inform treatment decisions
• Maintain accurate records and reports of therapy sessions, including data collection and progress updates

Requirements

• Complete the required Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training and certification, or willingness to do so
• Must be a BT
• Able to communicate effectively with children, parents, and caregivers in both English and Spanish
• Excellent observation, documentation, and data collection skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
