Bilingual RBT | Spanish-Speaking Behavior Technician

About the Role

Olive Branch ABA is seeking a Bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) fluent in English and Spanish to join our team in Austin, Texas. As a bilingual RBT, you’ll provide individualized ABA therapy to children and families, creating a comfortable and effective environment for Spanish-speaking clients. Your language skills will enhance the quality of care and connection we provide.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized 1:1 ABA therapy in clients’ homes and community settings
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Support children in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
• Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients and families
• Collect and accurately document session data
• Build positive, trusting relationships with children and caregivers
• Collaborate with BCBAs and the clinical team
• Maintain professional and consistent communication with families

Requirements

• Active RBT certification required
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Previous ABA experience preferred
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable, patient, and compassionate
• Ability to work independently while following clinical direction
