Bilingual Behavior Technician (RBT)

Odyssey ABA, LLC (a Finni Health company) is seeking a dedicated Bilingual (Spanish/English) Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Hampton Roads, VA. This in-person, part-time role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping individuals build communication, independence, and life skills through evidence-based ABA therapy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in a supportive, structured environment
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA
• Track progress and collect meaningful session data
• Help clients develop communication, social, and daily living skills
• Build strong, positive relationships with clients and families
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Requirements

• Current RBT certification (40 hr RBT course completed and pending exam is acceptable)
• Passion for working with children or individuals with special needs
• Interest or experience in ABA, psychology, or special education
• Strong attention to detail and comfort with data collection
• Understanding of confidentiality and professionalism (HIPAA)
• Positive, patient, and growth-oriented mindset
• Must pass a background check
