As a Bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll work one-on-one with clients implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA. You'll help children develop communication, social, and daily living skills while collaborating with families and clinical staff.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct ABA therapy to clients in home, school, or community settings.
- Implement treatment plans designed by supervising BCBAs.
- Accurately collect and document session data.
- Communicate professionally with families in both English and Spanish.
- Maintain client confidentiality and follow ethical RBT standards.
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training opportunities.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish.
- Experience working with children is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the Austin area.
- Ability to pass required background checks and onboarding requirements.
