Bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with Blossom ABA Therapy, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) by providing 1:1 ABA therapy in a supportive environment. Our RBTs work closely with our collaborative team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that cater to each child's unique needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in a supportive environment
- Follow treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA
- Track and report on client progress through session notes
- Be a consistent, positive presence in your client's day
- Travel to and from client homes or other designated service locations
Requirements
- Active RBT certification from the BACB
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for working with kids
- Previous ABA experience is a plus

Pay
$22.00–$27.00 per hour
Schedule
Part-time afternoon hours available now, with potential to grow into full-time.
