Bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Join the Finni Family as a Full-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)! At Finni Health, we’re on a mission to provide life-changing ABA care — and we’re looking for compassionate, dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team!

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavior intervention services in the home and community
• Collect and record data on child's progress
• Collaborate closely with families and your BCBA supervisor
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training opportunities

Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with children (especially those with special needs)
• A passion for helping others grow and succeed
• Reliable transportation
• Experience in early intervention
• Bilingual in Spanish/English
• Active CPR certification
• Active RBT certification

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable sitting, kneeling, squatting, or standing for extended periods
