RB/DB Coach (Volunteer Position)

About the role

A volunteer coach position is available for a RB/DB coach at Alameda High School. This position is part of the football program.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing offensive and defensive strategies for running backs and defenders.
• Work closely with players to improve their skills and performance.
• Attend all team meetings and practices as scheduled.

Requirements

• Experience coaching running backs and defenders at the high school level.
• Strong knowledge of football rules and strategies.
• Ability to work well with students and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire young athletes.

Pay

This is a volunteer position and there is no compensation.

Schedule
