About the role

Rapid Fire Home Buyers is seeking a driven, elite-level Inside Sales Representative to join our rapidly scaling organization. This is not an entry-level phone role—this is a performance-based position for professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments, take ownership of results, and want to build a long-term career in real estate and sales leadership.

What You’ll Do

  • Engage and qualify inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, and digital channels
  • Convert high-quality prospects into scheduled opportunities for Home Buying Specialists
  • Own and consistently outperform monthly and quarterly performance targets
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM systems
  • Maintain detailed lead profiles to ensure seamless handoffs to acquisitions
  • Follow up relentlessly to maximize conversion rates and deal flow
  • Represent Rapid Fire Home Buyers with professionalism and confidence

What Success Looks Like

  • Consistently exceeding conversion and revenue targets
  • Maintaining a high-volume, high-quality pipeline
  • Becoming a trusted partner to the acquisitions team

Required

  • 5+ years of sales experience (inside sales, real estate, B2C/B2B preferred)
  • Documented history of top-tier sales performance
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
  • High personal accountability and work ethic
  • Comfortable working evenings and weekends when needed
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Able to pass background screening

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in real estate, lead qualification, or high-volume sales
  • CRM proficiency

Compensation & Earnings

  • Base Salary: $48,000
  • Commission: Uncapped performance-based incentives
  • Total Expected Earnings: $80,000–$85,000+
  • Top performers exceed targets and accelerate income
