Range Operations Inspector.

We need to output HTML fragment with sections: Duties (maybe heading "Responsibilities"? The instruction: use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to map content: Duties -> Responsibilities. Requirements -> Requirements. Qualifications -> Qualifications. Also maybe "Conditions of employment" part of Requirements? Should be included under Requirements.
We must not repeat job title. No metadata like Job ID. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. The text includes many paragraphs about conditions, term appointment, etc. We need to preserve all substantive information, but we can combine into sections.
We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have duties, requirements, qualifications. Also maybe "Benefits" section? The posting mentions benefits at end: "A career with the U.S. government provides employees with a comprehensive benefits package..." but it's generic, not specific. It says "Contact the hiring agency for more information on the specific benefits offered." That's not specific benefit details, so we should not create Benefits section because no concrete benefits listed. Similarly Pay: mentions "Salary includes applicable locality pay or Local Market Supplement." That's somewhat specific? It says salary includes locality pay. Could be considered pay info. But it's vague. The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It does state "Salary includes applicable locality pay or Local Market Supplement." That's a statement about pay. So we could include a Pay section with that sentence. However also mentions "Term Appointment NTE - Position may be filled as a Term Appointment NTE 2 years." etc. That's not pay.
Schedule: mentions shift work, evenings, weekends, holidays, overtime, TDY occasionally. That's schedule info. So we could include Schedule section.
But we must avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
We need to preserve all substantive info. Let's extract:

We need to decide what to include. The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." So we need to keep all that info, but we can organize into sections. However many of those paragraphs are generic boilerplate (e.g., about benefits, PCS, etc.) Might be considered boilerplate but they are substantive? The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The benefits paragraph is generic but not exactly boilerplate? It's still generic but maybe considered boilerplate. However it's about benefits, which we might include if we had specific benefits. Since it's generic, maybe we should not create a Benefits section because no specific benefits listed. But we still need to preserve the info? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; but also says remove boilerplate. The benefits paragraph is likely boilerplate (standard federal benefits description). So we can drop it. Similarly the PCS, recruitment incentives, student loan repayment, etc., might be considered standard federal hiring info, but they are substantive? They are specific to this posting? They mention "Recruitment and relocation incentives may be authorized." etc. That's still generic but could be considered part of the posting. The instruction says remove duplicated lines and application instructions. Those paragraphs are not application instructions per se, but they are about benefits etc. I'd lean to keep them under a "Benefits" section if we had specific benefits, but they are generic. The instruction: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state "Salary includes applicable locality pay or Local Market Supplement." That's pay. It also states shift work etc for schedule. It does not state specific benefits beyond generic. So we should not create Benefits section. However we still need to preserve the substantive info about benefits? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; but if we drop the benefits paragraph, we are losing info. However maybe that paragraph is considered boilerplate and can be removed per the rule to remove boilerplate. The rule says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. It does not explicitly say to remove generic benefits description. But it's likely considered boilerplate. I'd keep it under a "Benefits" section only if we have specific benefits; but we don't. So maybe we omit it.
Similarly the PCS, recruitment incentives, student loan repayment, salary negotiations, credit for prior service, RA requests, etc
