About the role

Ranch is seeking an experienced Equestrian Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of horse care and management. The ideal candidate will have a passion for horses and a proven track record in managing equestrian facilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations including feeding, grooming, and exercise routines for the horses.
• Manage the maintenance and upkeep of the equestrian facilities.
• Ensure all safety protocols are strictly adhered to.
• Collaborate with trainers and veterinarians to provide comprehensive care for the horses.
• Develop and implement training programs for new and existing staff members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Equine Science, Animal Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in equestrian management or similar role.
• Proven ability to manage a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of horse health and nutrition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience with equine first aid and CPR.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

Skills

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with equestrian software.

Pay

• $60,000 annually.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
