How You'll Help Us Keep Climbing

• Make sure customer baggage and cargo arrive safely and on time
• Guide incoming and departing aircraft from gate positions
• Safeguard cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather
• Operate baggage scanners and computers to ensure accurate baggage routing
• Drive and operate ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in congested areas

Work Tasks

• Physical tasks include bending, lifting, standing, and walking
• Tasks are repetitive, such as loading and stacking bags weighing up to 50-70 pounds
• Some tasks may be completed in harsh weather conditions (heat, rain, snow)
• Operate safely in all operational processes and procedures

What You Need To Succeed

• Consistently prioritize safety and security
• Possess a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
• Be at least 18 years old and have authorization to work in the United States
• Have a valid driver’s license
• Pass a physical ability test (PAT)
• Wear required company-approved Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Hold an airport-specific requirement such as a SIDA Badge and Customs Seal
