About the role

The RAM Brand Sales Operations Manager position requires a self-motivated, energetic, results-driven individual who is passionate about the automotive industry. This candidate must have solid analytical skills to extract and analyze sales, industry, and market data to prepare and track specific metrics supporting the Brand team in achieving its sales and profit goals.

This role involves proficient interaction with multiple departments, including brand product nameplate managers, Sales, Incentives, Pricing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Field Organizations, to develop and present recommendations that proactively improve overall RAM brand performance. A thorough understanding of the RAM Brand product lineup, industry, and competitive landscape is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales, industry, and market data to track and report key metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Finance, Supply Chain) to develop performance improvement recommendations.
  • Translate complex data into actionable marketing insights.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple assignments in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Lead cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3+ years of experience in automotive sales, marketing, product planning, or brand management, demonstrating leadership and teamwork.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Ability to simplify complex data into clear insights.
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Passion for the automotive market and product knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Completed or pursuing an MBA or master’s degree in Marketing, Finance, or Engineering/Engineering Management.
  • Brand marketing experience.
  • Field sales operations experience.
  • Marketing and/or product commercial launch experience.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly creative with out-of-the-box thinking.
  • Comfortable working with numbers, metrics, and spreadsheets.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
