Radiology Technologist Lead

About the Role

Performs imaging procedures and treatments aligned with radiology standards to support disease diagnosis and treatment. Completes additional assigned duties.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates daily operations to ensure high-quality exams/treatments, safe patient care, and customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrates thorough understanding of radiologic principles, selecting appropriate techniques and positioning for optimal results.
• Develops and implements procedure/treatment plans following hospital protocols.
• Documents procedures accurately to comply with policies.
• Maintains equipment and work areas to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Participates in performance improvement activities to uphold care standards.
• Completes assigned goals effectively.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in an acute care or similar setting to meet lead competencies.
• Registered by ARRT(R) in Radiography required; BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• Basic computer skills required.
• State licensure as mandated; BLS certification within 14 days of hire preferred.
