About the Role
Performs imaging procedures and treatments aligned with radiology standards to support disease diagnosis and treatment. Completes additional assigned duties.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates daily operations to ensure high-quality exams/treatments, safe patient care, and customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrates thorough understanding of radiologic principles, selecting appropriate techniques and positioning for optimal results.
- Develops and implements procedure/treatment plans following hospital protocols.
- Documents procedures accurately to comply with policies.
- Maintains equipment and work areas to ensure safety and cleanliness.
- Participates in performance improvement activities to uphold care standards.
- Completes assigned goals effectively.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months experience in an acute care or similar setting to meet lead competencies.
- Registered by ARRT(R) in Radiography required; BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
- Basic computer skills required.
- State licensure as mandated; BLS certification within 14 days of hire preferred.
