About the role

Provides clinical support in radiology, assisting with operational oversight, staff supervision, and quality improvement. Acts as a liaison between staff, management, and radiologists, ensuring high-quality patient care and accurate radiographic imaging.

Responsibilities

  • Train, mentor, and coordinate clinical activities for students.
  • Manage patient flow and maintain safety standards in radiation protection.
  • Assist with clinical operations, performance measurement, and implementation of new practices.
  • Guide staff scheduling, triage, and serve as a resource for clinical staff.
  • Oversee student clinical activities to meet curriculum standards.
  • Ensure the submission of high-quality radiographs for accurate diagnosis.
  • Deliver excellent patient service and maintain safety standards in radiation use.
  • Record digital images and support radiologist interpretation.

Requirements

  • Radiologic Technologist certification and ARRT registration required.
  • 2-3 years of radiology experience with diverse patient populations preferred.
  • Good communication, problem-solving, and teaching skills.
  • Ability to work independently and motivate others.
  • Education can be substituted with relevant experience.
