Radiology Technologist Lead

About the Role

Performs imaging procedures and treatments following radiology standards to support diagnosis and treatment of diseases. Responsible for ensuring high-quality exams, patient safety, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Organizes daily operations and workflow to deliver safe, efficient patient care.
• Utilizes radiologic principles, techniques, and positioning for optimal procedure outcomes.
• Develops and implements appropriate procedure and treatment plans adhering to protocols.
• Completes documentation in line with hospital policies.
• Maintains equipment, procedure rooms, and work areas in a safe, clean condition.
• Participates in performance improvement activities to uphold care standards.
• Achieves assigned goals effectively.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in an acute care or similar setting.
• Registered with ARRT(R) in Radiography and BLS certification within 30 days.
• Basic computer literacy skills.
• State licensure as required; BLS certification within 14 days.
