Responsibilities

• Provides a variety of quality radiographic imaging including fluoroscopy on all age groups served by the entity, ensuring the principles of ALARA are achieved
• Participates in the department quality improvement processes to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Supports department’s patient workflow such as front desk duties, phlebotomy, EKG, vital signs, patient in-take, and other duties as assigned and supported by scope of practice

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved AMA Council on Education Program in Radiologic Technology
• ARRT Radiography certified or eligible
• Basic Life Support certification
• Certified Radiologic Technologist
• ARRT Registered Technologist - Radiography
• Six months experience in an acute care setting preferred
• Depending on departmental business needs, may be required to be competent in skills such as vital signs, phlebotomy, EKG, front desk duties including quick registration, etc.
• Change agility and flexibility a must

Minimum Required Experience: Less than 1 year
