About the role
We are seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform imaging procedures including X-Rays and CT scans in a small-format hospital setting.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment such as X-Ray, CT, and PACS systems.
- Perform imaging exams in accordance with policies, regulations, and laws, notifying physicians of results.
- Provide technical assistance and supportive patient care.
- Maintain documentation, logs, and records in paper and electronic formats.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and quality control checks.
- Collect laboratory samples and perform lab testing as per regulations.
- Assist as an ER Technician when needed and travel between facility locations.
- Attend staff meetings and perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Graduation from an AMA-approved Radiology Technology program.
- Certified as a radiologic technologist and registered with ARRT in radiography; CT certification required within 12 months or as specified by market.
- Current BLS certification.
- 2+ years of radiologic/imaging experience preferred; CT and ER experience advantageous.
- Proficiency with imaging hardware/software and PACS; fluent in English.
