About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Radiologic Technologist to join the Radiology Department of a reputable hospital.
Responsibilities
- Interpreting imaging orders from physicians and healthcare providers
- Operating and maintaining CT imaging equipment for accurate diagnostics
- Preparing and positioning patients for imaging procedures
- Ensuring patient safety and comfort, explaining procedures, and addressing concerns
- Administering IV contrast to enhance imaging quality
- Maintaining accurate imaging records and patient documentation
- Participating in ongoing training to stay current with CT technology and best practices
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
- Current ARRT certification
- Current BLS/CPR certification or ability to obtain within 60 days
- Preferred minimum of 1 year of experience
- Successful background check and drug screening
