About the role

Join a dynamic healthcare leadership role as a Radiology and Imaging Manager, overseeing a multidisciplinary department with 35+ staff in a Level III Medical Office Building.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations, budgets, supply orders, equipment failures, and workflow improvements.
• Lead, develop, and evaluate 60-75% of department staff, conducting performance reviews, and partnering on employee development.
• Oversee equipment management, resource allocation, and address patient care needs based on volume trends.
• Handle internal and external communication, resolve member concerns, and collaborate with various clinical departments.

Requirements

• Minimum five years of experience as a radiologic or nuclear medicine technologist, with at least three years in a supervisory role.
• Educational background in diagnostic imaging or related field, with relevant licensure or certification.
• Strong knowledge of hospital regulations, accreditation, managed care, and healthcare systems.

Skills

• Proven leadership abilities in staff recruitment, mentoring, performance management, and multitasking.
• Effective communication, collaboration, change management, and financial skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in 24/7 medical office settings, on-call rotations, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
