About the role
Oversee a multidisciplinary radiology and imaging department with 35+ staff in a Level III Medical Office Building. Lead operations, budgets, staff performance, and equipment while improving workflows and addressing member concerns in a purpose-driven environment dedicated to patient care and community impact.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the radiology and imaging department
- Oversee departmental budget and financial performance
- Supervise, develop, and evaluate staff performance
- Maintain and upgrade imaging equipment
- Optimize workflows and operational efficiency
- Address and resolve member concerns
- Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to standards
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of radiologic technology experience
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience
- Current certifications in radiologic technology (e.g., ARRT)
- Education in diagnostic imaging or a related field
