Radiologic Technologist Lead

Role: Lead Radiologic Technologist responsible for supervising team members, ensuring high-quality performance, and maintaining equipment standards. Key Responsibilities Monitor, coach, and evaluate team performance in productivity and quality.Promote teamwork and serve as a positive role model.Coordinate services, prioritize workflow, and assist with complex issues and decision-making.Oversee equipment quality control, maintenance, and troubleshooting, potentially working with students.Apply critical thinking and decisiveness in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.Registered as an RT with ARRT, with required specialty certifications and state licensure if applicable.Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.Current BLS certification through AHA or Red Cross, valid through sixty days of employment.
