Radiologic Technologist Lead

About the Role

The Radiologic Technologist Lead provides specialized imaging of body parts for medical interpretation, ensuring high-quality radiographic images while minimizing radiation exposure and maintaining patient comfort.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiographic procedures and operate fluoroscopic equipment as instructed.
• Prepare contrast media and process images for PACS.
• Ensure correct patient identification and accurate indication of body parts on images.
• Assist in training student technologists and demonstrate technical skills.
• Manage radiographic requests and support quality imaging standards.

Requirements

• ARRT Certification in Radiation Technology and NJ radiology license required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through AHA required.
• Preferred: minimum of two years radiology technician experience.
