Radiologic Technologist Lead

About the Role

Leads and mentors team members in the Radiology Diagnostic department, promoting teamwork, productivity, and quality. Oversees equipment quality control, troubleshooting, and may collaborate with students. Coordinates workflow, prioritizes assignments, and assists in complex issue resolution, demonstrating critical thinking and decisive judgment in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor team members to foster teamwork, productivity, and quality
• Oversee equipment quality control and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with students as needed
• Coordinate workflow and prioritize assignments
• Assist in resolving complex issues with critical thinking and decisive judgment

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program
• Registered ARRT RT
• At least 2 years of experience
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association or Red Cross, valid through sixty days of employment
